Hello, my name is Mpho, and I am from Lesotho. I have a passion for learning. I believe learning English can be fun, just like following a recipe. I like to use food to help my students learn English. We might talk about recipes, do some cooking together, or learn new words related to food. I want my students to enjoy learning English and feel connected to different cultures. I believe that by making learning enjoyable and practical, my students will improve their language skills while having a great time. I have two years of teaching experience and a 120 hour TEFL certificate. I have tutored English at my university, mostly involving the use of grammar for a year and I have been an ESL tutor for a year. In addition, I have a degree in Criminology. I have a discussion-/interactive-based teaching style; however, I will plan my lessons according to the needs of my students.
