Hello, my name is Miguel, I'm from Colombia and I'm a native Spanish speaker. I am certified in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) by Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and Instituto Cervantes, and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). I speak English and Portuguese, so, I know myself the struggles of learning a new language. I've been teaching Spanish online for over 3 years, gathering hundreds of hours of experience My specialties are Spanish for beginners, travel Spanish, and conversational Spanish. I believe that the best way to learn a language is to use it right away from the very beginning, even if you never had any contact with Spanish before. My methodology is to approach the language from a communicative perspective trying to make the learning experience as easy as possible using the language as building blocks that will help you go from individual words to whole sentences, learning how to speak first, and then learning the grammar and new vocabulary in a more natural and intuitive way.
