Michelle Joubert

I live in Durban, South Africa and am 44 years old. My hobbies are reading and collecting books from second hand stores. I also enjoy a variety of arts and crafts and hiking. The weather in Durban is mild in winter and hot in summer so hiking is an all round hobby. I have a BA (Hons) English Studies. Although I have worked in the corporate field my entire adults life I do live in a country that has 11 official languages. I understand how to assist a person who is not a native speaker and help them practise their c I am a very patient person and am very determined. I believe casual conversation and practise is important to gaining not only language skills but also the confidence to speak a second or third language.
