I am Maya Z. from Lebanon. I'm a 36 years old sociable and artful lady. In addition to my passion to education and psychology, I adore arts like singing, drama, drawing and painting, and hand craft. You might find out that I might integrate arts in my lessons making them more interesting and engaging. I do hate dull and boring life style and behavior and appreciate lively and creative actions and way of thinking. Moreover, I'm positive in all aspects of life cheerful and discouraging and hope to learn from failure and get empowered within shortcommings and life lessons. People would sense that through my thoughtful, affective, wise actions and patience. However, I am kind of humorous, sociable, and vivid in interaction with people. Summing up, I am born to be a teacher and a lovable pedagogue. I posess a BA in education of emphasiss in math and science, Teaching Diploma on the elementary level and Minor in psychology the fact that made me qualified and excelling in teaching students with learning disorders. I had been a special education shadow teacher for ADHD, Dyslexic, and Borderline students in the inclusive domain for two years. My duty was to facilitate and enhance those students' learning process. Therefore, I prepared IEPs, assissted students and engaged them during classroom sessions, provided extra activities and clarification in the resource rooms, modified assessment tools as suitable for every student and provided evaluation and grading. Later on, I switched from special education to maistream teaching. I had been an ESL teacher who prepared lesson plans, implemented an inquiry based learning technique where students performed activities, analyzed, evaluated and more, created in collaboration with peers assessment tools, and graded students' performance I assure you that my lessons are extremle interesting, for they will include various activities. You will inquire, negotiate, play and much more. I do stress on conversation and oral communication skills prior to written, for one leads to another. When you master conversation in the target language to be learnt, you will be able to articulate your expressions in the written form with some guidance on the spelling and grammar rules. You will be able to organize your thought and express with more logic and efficiency, thus you would transform your oral communication into written words.
