Lynn Dennison

I am a 26 year old woman from South Africa currently living and working in China as an English Second Language kindergarten teacher. I love travelling and exploring new cultures and places. I’m very friendly and outgoing and as such attend a lot of English corner activities as a way to interact with and teach adults English. I’ve lived in China for over 7 years and have gained multiple years of experience teaching English as a second language during this time. Additionally, I have experience as a grade two teacher in South Africa during covid where I taught English and Afrikaans during this time. I hold a 120hour TESOL certificate. I have a certificate in Higher Education from Monash University as well as an HSK3 certificate from Zhejiang Gongshang University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. I analyse the needs of the student accordingly and adopt my teaching style based on their needs. I use imagery, cognitive skills as well as visual identification to deliver my classes.
