TEFL/TESOL120hr and TEYL 60hr certified. ??‍?‍??Young Learners Young children move a mile a minute, so I am patient, u 1 year experience helping adults with how to '' Engage with clients " '' marketing vocabulary '' '' phone etiquette '' 'building relationships with clients '' All this to help navigate in the business sector of our everyday lives.I start by identifying my student , with children I use all sorts of games and activities , they need to be convinced that learning English is fun. =Teenagers I would do something more engaging , like relevant music or technology , keeping them challenged . =Adults , I normally get them talking about themselves and asking questions . From there I develop a plan , what do we want to achieve at the end of class , this helps because they'll be able to understand , say , read or write . I get the students to do most of the talking .
