Hi! I’m Joahl. I’m a TEFL certified, Native English speaking 29 year old. I hold both an MSc and BSc in Psychology. I have over 3 years experience teaching English to both adults and children online and a lifetime of English speaking experience. I love connecting with students from all over the world! Whilst I’m not teaching English, I enjoy keeping fit. I enjoy yoga and long walks in nature. I am also a music fanatic, I play several instruments and sing! I’ve travelled to many places around the world. Travelling is what ignited my passion for helping others learn English. My teaching style has evolved over time, into a soft, calm and fun conversational approach. So I’ve been teaching in some form or another for a while now! I like to form a positive relationship with my students in a safe fun and engaging environment. Goals and intentions are set throughout lessons. There will be a focus on having as much conversation as possible. Corrections can be made as well as help with communication, pronunciation and accent. I can also help you with proofreading text and interview practice. It depends on your requirements.
