Hi, welcome to my profile. My name is Florence B from the Kingdom of Lesotho in Southern Africa. I love teaching because it gives me a chance to positively impact the lives of my learners. I am a good listener and easy to communicate with. I love meeting new people. My hobbies are cooking, travelling, watching movies and listening to music. I have experience teaching both adults and kids online. I have taught beginner level students, intermediate level as well as proficient level students. I have prepared students for their IELTS, TOEFL as well as CELPIP exams. I also have experience teac My lessons are fun and engaging and allow for a safe space for students to make mistakes so that they can learn from them. Based on students level and age, I use appropriate teaching methods relevant the student's level and needs. I use Total Physical response, games, flash cards, rewards and songs to motivate and engage my learners in the classroom. I am totally glued up to trends in pop-culture so I remain conscious about my students living environment and issues that interest them.
