I've had the privilege of teaching at Naleli Pre-Primary School in Katima Mulilo, where I've had the opportunity to work with both children and adults from rural backgrounds, helping them develop basic English language skills. With a 120-hour TEFL certification, I approached my role with dedication and enthusiasm, striving to create inclusive and interactive learning environments that catered to the diverse needs of my students. My teaching philosophy revolves around student-centered learning, where every individual's unique strengths and challenges are taken into account. I crafted engaging lesson plans that incorporated a variety of teaching methodologies, including games, role-plays, and group discussions, to make learning enjoyable and effective. By fostering a supportive atmosphere and providing personalized attention, I aimed to instill confidence in my students and empower them to succeed.
