Hello, my name is Olena. I was born and live in Ukraine. I have Greek roots. For some time she lived in Greece: she studied and worked. Received higher education (Mariupol State University) majoring in: philologist, teacher of modern Greek language, Russian language and literature. The total experience of teaching Modern Greek is 22 years (5 years at school, 17 – individual and group online lessons). As a main professional activity, for 22 years she coordinated the organization and implementation of the following in Ukraine: the educational process for studying the Modern Greek language in general secondary education institutions; advanced training courses for Modern Greek teachers; international conferences and forums. Co-author of textbooks on the Modern Greek language for students of grades 5-11 of general secondary education institutions of Ukraine, recommended by the Ministry of Education and Culture for use in schools. I have certificates of completion of advanced training courses at universities in Greece and Cyprus. I will help you take the first steps in learning Modern Greek; improve already existing knowledge; prepare for state certification exams in modern Greek (levels: A1-A2 and B1-B2); get practical skills of foreign language communication that you can apply in real life situations. The languages of instruction are Russian and Ukrainian. I approach the organization of classes creatively, using effective forms and methods of learning. For me, a successful lesson is a lesson in which the student learns the language with pleasure, reveals his/her abilities, develops potential, and most importantly, is not afraid to make mistakes in any way. My priority in education is speaking practice, which will not be a test, but a real pleasure. I have the ability to understand the educational material without unnecessary information. I adapt classes according to individual capabilities and needs. I work with adults and children.
