I am Elam Ngcamla born and raised in South Africa. Studied in a beautiful mother city called Cape Town in South Africa in one of the best schools in the city. I passed my English with flying colors and got an opportunity to be awarded a certificate for National Oral presentation in English. I am now pursuing my bachelors degree in Education for foundation phase which majors to children in the younger years. I am currently in my third year, in one of the best University in Cape Town the institution of Cape peninsula university of technology.
My strength is my Attitude, I believe in my capabilities. I challenge myself to do anything in the world. Creativity is my strength, when you are a teacher in the foundation phase being creative is all you need to do in order to meet different learning styles of children. My biggest strength is positive mindset, I push myself to see beyond failure and see success and failure in a balanced manner.
I have been teaching at local primary schools for my teaching practicals. I have a 3 years experience of teaching for 6 months in each year. I have an experience of grade R, 1, 2, and 3.
I focus more on communicative learning, in my classroom we communicate. In my class second language acquisition is acquired by talking in class. I become the facilitator in the classroom I lead for learners to gain confidence and talk
