Hello students. My name is Greg, but many people call me Dr. Greg. I was born and educated in the US, although I currently live in Ecuador. I am an MIT engineering graduate, Harvard MBA and Doctorate in Law from Yale University. At age 28, I moved to Japan to start my first company and then lived in Asia for 32 years: mostly in Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and Singapore. I have owned my own companies, consulted for governments, US Presidents and many foreign Prime Ministers. I have a passion for business and technical English as applied to Tech, Government, Economics, International Business, Medical and Pharmaceutical, and many other industries I have worked in during my career. Although I am originally from the US, I have lived in 10 countries and visited 33 countries. In 2021, I came back from Thailand and spent time in Peru and Colombia, and currently live in Ecuador. I have been teaching English to my company staffs in various countries and at university and corporate business English courses. I have been teaching as a professor and entrepreneur for over 30 years. I speak 5 languages: Japanese, Korean, Thai, some Mandarin Chinese and American English. I am still learning Spanish but understand most sentences when spoken in person to me. I will teach you how to breakdown complicated articles from newspapers or review grammar and sentence creation. I can easily switch back and forth between formal and informal styles.
