Hi everyone, My name is Doris. I am a passionate and dedicated teacher specializing in English as a Second Language (ESL) and Special Educational Needs (SEN). My teaching career has been a journey of experience in teaching diverse groups of students. I pride myself on creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for my students. For SEN students, I possess an expertise in understanding non-verbal communication, able to customize an Individualized Education Plan to suit individual needs. All my lessons are student- centered, enjoyable, fun, interactive and highly effective. During my free time, I like going out of my way to help needy people in various possible ways. In addition to this, I teach students with Special needs in Education including students with Speech Delays, Autism and Hard of Hearing or any Physical Impairments. I customize an Individualized Educational Plan that allows me to meet individual needs for my students. I incorporate technology to ensure the needs of my students and abilities are met.
