I'm Irish ☘️ but haven't lived there since 1987. I'm a nomad. I've lived and worked on 4 continents and I speak 13 languages (some very poorly). I completed my TESOL cert in London in 1990 and taught Business English in Saudi Arabia for 2 years. After finishing my MSc in Software Engineering in 1995, I taught IT in UK banks as a freelancer. I then backpacked around the world and taught English in Friendly but like to get the work done. I accept students at all levels, as long as they're keen to learn. I've taught ABC to illiterate Arabs, basic English at kindergarten, elementary and intermediate English in schools, and even a Masters degree course in Applied Linguistics at UME college in Kratie Cambodia in 2012-13. Currently I teach online. I enjoyed teaching conversational English on Language Master app (Chinese students only) most recently but the return of COVID-19 resulted in my losing most of my teaching slots. That's why I'm here!
