My name is Cecilia. I live in a small tourist town called Villa Rumipal in the province of Cordoba in Argentina. I lead a quiet life surrounded by a beautiful landscape with hills and a lake. I like gardening and growing my own vegetables. I love poetry, going to cultural events such as concerts, book presentations and the theatre. Visiting friends and organizing a day out with them is an usual activity when I have some free time. I collect cooking recipes from around the world.
I focus my lessons on interactive communication based on my student`s needs, interests and level of the language being practised. I contextualize my lessons, propse practice of real life situations and use updated material such as articles extracted from online newspapers, digital literature, films and coursebooks. I can also invite an outsider to be interviewed by the people in the class if students agree on that.. My aim as a tutor is to make learners gain confidence when using either a second or foreign language. I hope my experience can contribute to the students' mastery of the language.
