I am Berinyuy Paula from Cameroon and I am 34 years old.Teaching English language is a passion to me .I remember my classmates always got intimidated each time I spoke in English.I was dubbed pumpous because of my language power.This passion led me to study English Language in the university and I have been practising the art since. I am delighted when students improve in English language and I have seen a lot of my students that knew nothing in English actually became confident and fluent English speakers.This kind of accomplishment gives me much satisfaction and fulfilment. I look forward to meeting student who equally want to be imparted with this knowledge so they can reach their drrams of expressing themselves well in English . I am child friendly and empathetic and pay attention to details with a bright and positive attitude.Skilled in making students become the best version of themselves and I am enthusiastic. I love travellng and watching constructive movies. I have taught for almost five years a private secondary school.I have taught both English and French students so I understand cultural differences and how to use this for the advancement of my classes.I have also taught children in another private school I plan my lessons objectively based on the standard a child of the age range is expected to know .I also keep my objectives specific,measurable ,attainable,reachable and time bound. My assessment tool is quick yet accurate which I use to see if students have understood the lessons. My teaching style is content focused and interactive but I adapt based on students needs .I also do Focus group discussions,small group discussions and cooperative learning according to the need .I give attention to my students and curb excesses so the classroom is flexible yet educative.
