Augustine Stuurman aka Augie

My name is Augustine Stuurman shortly known as Augie. I am from South Africa where we have 11 official languages of which I speak 2 English and Afrikaans. I'm a TEFL Certified tutor with 2 years of experience in teaching English as a foreign language. My classes are conversational and adventurous. I have a cert in BM certificate which I obtained from South Cape College. I have found experience in Business English and English for daily usage. I worked in the banking industry for 8 years and that has taught me a lot about the English language in the workplace. I have a telf certificate and worked in the past with children aged 6-10 years as a teacher ass. I grew to also teach adults the basics of English. My classes are conversational and adventurous. My teaching style is Communicative language teaching emphasizing the ability to communicate in real-life contexts. I look forward to helping you achieve your language goals and having a smooth conversation. I'm a firm believer that when 1 teaches 2 should learn. Meaning we can all learn from one another daily.
