I recognize that all students are unique and should be taught in accordance to their own learning needs. In every class I facilitate, I operate by the code, "There is no such thing as 'One Size Fits All'." I have more than 6 years of experience teaching children of all ages and adults English as a second language. I have also covered various subjects in my courses of instruction (Science, Math, Contract Law) to name a few. I begin with an icebreaker or introduction. Each introduction is designed to ensure I have a clear understanding of my students' English speaking level of proficiency before we begin the lesson of the day. Once the course begins, I teach by repetition. First I show the learner through visual aid (visual). Then, I prompt them to do the exercise with me (kinesthetic). Finally, I encourage the learner to work on word recognition by listening for the new vocabulary in a sentence or short phrase.
