Alisha Naicker

My name is Alisha but my students call me Teacher Ally. I'm from sunny South Africa. I am 36 years old. My hobbies are creative arts, painting and reading. My passion for education emanates from the belief that a teacher's positivity can impact on a learner's interest towards learning. I am passionate about teaching as I love learning and being able to share what I have learned. My interests include learning new English words, experimenting with different technological devices and researching. ● I have 13 years of experience in an educational setup however, I have approximately 1 year 6 months teaching experience in a classroom and online. ● I am currently completing my Bachelor's degree in Education. ● I am TEFL certified. ● My teaching methodology revolves around creating an interactive learning experience as well as collaborating teaching styles that caters to learner's different learning styles and needs. ● Ienjoy using TPR and rewards in each of my lessons to make my class more interesting and interactive.
