Hi, my name is Alexandra, and I'm from Romania. I'm 30 years old and have 8 years of experience teaching languages online. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies on streaming services or videos on YouTube, trying out new recipes, going for long walks, and playing with my lovely cat. I'm very interested in learning about other countries and cultures, which fuels my passion for learning and teaching foreign languages. I graduated from the University of Bucharest in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Philology, majoring in Japanese Language and Literature and minoring in English Language and Literature. My career as an online teacher began in 2016, soon after graduation. Over the years, I have worked with students from over 20 countries across five continents, teaching them English and Japanese. While I am relatively new to teaching Romanian, I am eager to help Romanian language learners improve their skills. I consider myself a casual Romanian language tutor and will do my best to help you enhance your abilities and meet all your expectations. My lessons focus on improving your fluency, increasing your vocabulary through natural conversations with a native speaker, enhancing your accent and pronunciation, and helping you sound more natural. * * I do not proofread legal documents. JAPANESE LANGUAGE (for entry & beginner level students) - writing lessons - hiragana, katakana, kanji - grammar & vocabulary & sentence building - reading comprehension - role-play & speaking practice * I have a well-rounded approach to teaching Japanese and aim to equip you with all the necessary skills to read, speak, and understand the language independently. My goal is to help you progress quickly and set you up for success from your first steps in learning Japanese.
