Aferin sana!
"Sana aferin" is correct which means "bravo to you". It's not "Sen aferinsin!" because this means you are bravo itself like a character (like "Sen mutlusun."), because of that there isn't "to be" verb in Turkish , it is hard to differentiate the suffixes most of the time but with lots of speaking practice, these suffixes become natural after a few monts slowly.
