I am Rose, a 29 year old ESL educator originally from South Africa. I have a passion for language and culture which drives my interest in teaching English. In my free time I enjoy reading and traveling to experience new cultures. I'm excited about the opportunity to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for English with students around the world. I am a dedicated ESL teacher with a TEFL certification and over three years of experience teaching English to students of various ages at a local school. I have passion for creating engaging, interactive lessons that cater to individual learning styles. My strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity allows me to connect with students effectively. My teaching style is student-centered and interactive, focusing on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I emphasize communication and encourage students to practice speaking, listening, reading and writing through meaningful activities. I make use of many materials including articles and games to cater to different learning styles and keep lessons dynamic. I prioritize building strong relationships with my students to understand their goals and challenges which helps my approach to meet their needs
