Hi! My name is Evana and I am 22 years old. I from a small city called Port Elizabeth located in South Africa. My hobbies include: Reading, going on hiking trails, swimming and exploring nature. I am in possession of a TEFL Certificate; I have 4 years of experience in offline teaching and childcare facilities. I also have 2 years of experience in home schooling fellow relatives too. Lecturer- mainly aimed at large groups of students. Demonstrator- demonstrating and presenting information, also adding questions to increase student engagement and open discussion. The delegator- the most student centric approach* (also referred to as group style) the teacher observes peer to peer collaborations and discussions throughout the class. Facilitator- this is a student-centered approach; in this role a teacher is guiding students to share their wisdom and use a problem-solving approach to learning.
