I love travelling and have had the opportunity to visit many countries including China, Africa and most countries in Europe, finally settling in Bulgaria where there is plenty of open countryside for long walks with the dogs (I adore animals) and trying to become partially self sufficient by growing my own fruit and vegetables for my recipes.
