Jennifer Madeline Clapham

I am 22 years old and I live in a beautiful rainy village in the Lake District, England. I studied English Literature at university and I absolutely love teaching English, reading fiction novels and learning new languages. In my spare time, I enjoy walking in the English countryside and playing different sports especially Canoe Polo! I studied for my CELTA certificate in the busy city of Bristol, south-west England. Once I completed the course, I stayed in Bristol to teach English learners of all levels and it was so much fun, I fell in love with teaching English. I have taken a long I have a friendly and open teaching style. I have learnt Welsh and German as a second language so I know what it is like to make mistakes, therefore I am very patient because the language learning process can be difficult! I can help learners with their conversational English, business English and academic language. I always aim to focus on the learner's speaking and allow them to flourish during my lessons. I want you to talk as much as you can in my lessons - I know that you can do it and so I will draw it out of you.
