Hey! Welcome to my profile. My name is Nikki Williams and I am originally from South Georgia. I am passionate about teaching and my love for theatre and the arts have helped me find creative ways to captivate my students and help them learn. Reading, writing, cooking and traveling are my favorite hobbies. I have travelled to over 15 countries in the past 5 years and I only with to keep that list growing. For the past six years I have lived in Dubai and I have enjoyed my experience here. Eight years experience- 2 years in the states, 6 years in the UAE; Bachelor's Degree- Early Childhood Education Master's Degree- Early Childhood Education; Master's Degree- Theatre; Georgia Certified Teacher In my lessons I focus on connecting real world situations to what we are learning. I want my students to enjoy my lessons so much that they don't realize how much they are learning. I also want my students to enable their independent learning. By doing this they will long for more knowledge and be eager to learn on their own. My goal is to make my learners more intelectually dominant once they begin learning with me.
