I am Saa'ed From Iran. I hold Master's degree in TEFL granted by a prestigious university in my country. I've been teaching the subject for 10+ years. Regarding teachig approach, I would say after running down the gamut of methodologies and techniques, I have come to this conclusion that this is only through TTT approach that I can make my classes student-oriented and interactional. To this end, I usually test my clients through asking them some questions related to the topic of the day. Then, I can spot and diagnose the downside of their language either gramatical or lexical. In the next stage, I will teach and provide them with some better language to repair and enhance the above mentioned shortcoming. The third stage is devoted to the final T which is testing them again to see if they are wide awake to grasp the change. The way I've seen and experienced it, it could be truely beneficial and fruitful. Try it once and forever. Throughout my career, I have taught and worked in many institutions in my country. I am confident to claim that my job experience has well-prepared me to deal with a multitude of personalities with different needs. Needless to say, it's a job demanding. Thus, I always tried to stay up to date by studying, attending workshops and sharing insights. After the majority of people getting familiar enough with online education, which mainly happened during Crona pandemy, I started teaching on different platforms including Oteacher which is a well-known training website. I think it's been an amazing part of my profession to get to know people overseas via this miraculous screen. My lessons and teaching style have been briefly pointed out above. However, I try to empower my students proficiency in order to get their meaning and intentions across in an impressive manner. Hence, I can assert that not only is it focusing on language grammar and vocabulary but also on some interpersonal and people skills.
