Rirhandzu Hlabane

My name is Rirhandzu Hlabane. I am 23 years old and I live in Hazyview, South Africa. I am currently doing my final year at University of South Africa, majoring in Bachelor of Education for Foundation Phase. My hobbies are reading motivational and comic books. I love listening to music, it helps me collect my thought after a long day. I am an introvert, I enjoy my personal space but I can adapt to a new environment very quickly. I am an innovative person and I’m willing to learn new skills every day. My skills and strength as a teacher is that I am good at communication and organisation. I am also a very patient person but that’s because I am passionate about my career as an educator. My current focus is to grow my skill in education and become a knowledgeable teacher and my hope to get that experience through LiveXP. I have experience through practicals at Laerskool Numbi Primary School. I did my practicals for 2 months per year for four years. Which totals to 8 months of experience through practicals. Students can expect engaging, well-structured lessons that focus on both understanding core concepts and developing critical thinking skills. My lessons will likely include a mix of interactive activities, and opportunities for discussion, making learning relevant and enjoyable. My focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their ideas. Bring out the importance of curiosity, effort, and collaboration. I will make sure to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of my students, helping each one to succeed at their own pace.
