I am 40 years old,from South Africa I enjoy interacting with different people from all walks of life. I am passionate about Early Childhood Development. I am currently working as a blended learning facilitator(SPARK SCHOOLS) and I tutor grade R-3 in Literacy and Numeracy. My teaching style is centered around clarity , patience and adaptability.I tailor my lessons to the learners level of understanding, encourage questions, discussions and active engagement. I believe that connecting theoretical concepts to real world example makes learning more retable and memomemorable the use of visual aid and step to step guidance that I normally use set students for success.I also encourage critical think while giving feedback,this allows me to gauge the students progress.
