Ansah Benjamin Hayford

My name is Ansah Benjamin Hayford. I live in Accra Ghana. I am a passionate teacher who loves to read, play soccer and have fun with my learners. Teaching is like a Dream come true. I am a proud graduate from university of Cape Coast 'Ghana' with a Bachelors degree in Education. I'm a certified ESL Teacher with 120 hours TEFL Certificate, and I am excited and thrilled to begin my career in teaching. I was posted to Amasaman MA 4 Basic school which resides in the Amasaman Municipality. I taught English Language, Social Studies and PhysicalEducation to both Elementary and High school Learners in addition, I was teaching High school learners offline after school in thier various homes. I also engaged distant learners via WhatsApp. Learner Centered learning approach is my ultimate teaching style. It gives the learner the opportunity to be in charge of his or her learning making the learner active during the process of instruction whilst the teacher facilitates the process of teaching and learning.
