Hey there ! :) I am from the beautiful sunny South Africa. I am currently studying linguistics and foreign languages. In my spare time I teach kids yoga. I am passionate about working with kids. I enjoy getting to know people from different countries and learning about their cultures and backgrounds. My strengths include being patient, creative and confident. I am excellent at communicating with others. I am driven and ambitious. I thrive on challenges and set high goals for myself. I am excited to leave a positive impact in the world through teaching English in order for people to communicate better. • I am a Native English speaker. • I am TEFL qualified. • I enjoy teaching English online. • I have experience in teaching yoga to kids for over 2 years. • I have taken courses in Communications. • I tutored kids privately from ages 6-12 I enjoy teaching with an enthusiastic attitude as well as being patience and gentle with my students to ensure that they can fully comprehend the lesson. My students can expect me to focus on the Total Physical Response method of teaching. I use English charts and hand gestures to with engage my students. I ensure that all my students understand the work that is being taught by breaking down the work and making it digestible. I like to create a safe environment for my students. I enjoy keeping my students happy and alert during my lessons. I encourage my students to remain motivated. I set goals and help my students stick to them. I encourage group work and interactive learning. My aim is to make my students feel valued and inspired while learning.
