With over two decades of dedicated experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), I am passionate about helping students from diverse backgrounds achieve linguistic proficiency and confidence. Committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, I am eager to bring my expertise to a new opportunity where I can continue to inspire and educate students in their journey to mastering English.
I have an extensive expeienence of teaching students from all over the world; online and on-site. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in curriculum development, classroom management, and student engagement, ensuring that each learner reaches their full potential. My extensive experience spans various educational settings, from pre-schools to primary schools, and includes the use of innovative teaching methodologies and technology integration.
Moreover, teaching studnets internationallu has strengthened my ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. I incorporate cultural sensitivity into my lessons, fostering an inclusive and global perspective in the classroom.
I use Student-Centered Approach in my class. I tailor lessons to individual student needs, learning preferences, and abilities. I also use a combination of Traditional and Innovative Techniques; time-tested methods (like drills, guided reading) with newer approaches (like task-based learning, or using technology like apps and games).
Moreover, I asses my students with a mix of formal assessments (like quizzes) and informal methods (like observation and discussion) to track progress. Finally, I provide specific, actionable feedback, identifying individual student strengths and areas for improvement.
