Kristin Newman

Hi! I'm Kristin from Louisiana. I am passionate about my work as a classroom educator and camp professional, but found a lot of fulfillment working with my ESL students. That is what led me to seeking work teaching English as a language, not just a school subject. When I'm not working, I enjoy vegging out watching TV and listening to podcasts, participating in adventure activities, and going to see live theatre. I have taught English Language Arts for two years in 8th an 9th grade. My lessons will focus on written communication and expressing oneself through writing. This may look like practicing email writing, editing your own creative or academic work, or any number of ways you feel you can strengthen your English communication skills.
