Helo, Iam Nteboheleng from Lesotho but currently living in Joburg, South Africa, I am a native English speaker holding Bachelors degree in Education with 4 years experience. I am also a certified TELF 120 hours advanced TELF /TESOL certificate holder, Iam a flexible,fun teacher who loves teaching kids from 3 years old to adults with 60 years. Teaching to me is not just a professon ,it is a passion as i love to help others to grow. I love reading,cooking,travelling,and exercising. My teaching Philosophy is that learners are different and so is their needs,i practice understanding and patience in class and i allow my learners to make mistakes as they learn and grow from them. In my class, we wil go Grammar, Pronunciation, Listening, Reading, Writing, Conversational and Business English in a fun and flexible but educational way. We will use PPP method which allows all role play activies, we will use pictures, authentic materials, vedios ,charand role play exercise in class. I taught formally English langauge to grade 3 and 8 in my Country Lesotho,this experience gave me an valuabel insight into child development enabling to teach pronounciation, letter recognition and sound effectively. Further more ,i spent 3 years teaching at a high school in South Afriça,,this experience allowed me to explore various teaching methodologies and develop an effective to make learning enjoyable. Lastly i taught at old age schoo of the death,teaching adults English and making sure that they collaborate effectively ..this taught me that learning has no age limit as it happens at any age. All in all my 4 years of teaching experience allowed me to shift also into teaching online ,which educated on different diversity and cultures.this was enjoyable as it made me have a clear picture of different lifestyles of peole around the world.my teaching method blends well with different learners as they are flexible and adoptive to different needs of individuals learners In class,iam cover grammar,pronounciation,reading ,writing,conversational and business English. My learners should expect to role play, play games, actively communicate and make mistakes. Various learner centered learning styles such as discuss,brainstorm, presentation, produce and pratice should be in my learners daily activies. Each learner is unique and therefore a personalised lesson plans will be made for each ,learners needs matter and its what my lesoons will focus on.
