My name is Patience. I'm a lady of 32 years old and I come from Botswana ;a country in sub saharan Africa which is known as the second largest diamond producer and it is also a world class sustainable tourism destination. I love to evolve my mindset through reading, traveling and also I love learning about new cultures. I am a TEFL certified teacher. My teaching experience centers on fostering a dynamic and inclusive classroom where students feel empowered to explore literature and develop their writing skills. I can also teach both in physical classroom and online. I enjoy structured lessons but also casual conversation . My lessons and teaching style I believe in giving students homework, learning in a creative ways for example doing mock interviews for business English learners. In short I use three teaching styles—Directing, Discussing, and Delegating. I generally structure my classes to include using some amount of each style. However, during the first part of the lesson I primarily use the directing style. In the middle part of the lesson , I more frequently use a discussing style in order to check if we are in the same page as students.
