Darren Mark Douglas

I am an experienced teacher with a 120-hour TESOL/TEFL certificate and a Bachelor of Arts in filmmaking. I bring a creative and open-minded approach to my lessons. I consider myself enthusiastic and approachable, with a strong willingness to help others. My main goal is to satisfy my clients' English needs. I have been teaching English within foreign language schools for fifteen years and understand first-hand the many challenges one faces when learning and communicating in a foreign language. In turn, I can help English language students overcome these challenges and gain confidence in their communication. As English has become such an important skill for connecting with the world at large – be it for business, education or pleasure, I am eager to help clients understand, speak and master this beautiful language. As an experienced teacher with a specialisation in teaching English as a Second Language as well as a bachelor's degree in film-making, I have the training to help students achieve their English language goals. I undertake relaxed, fun-based classes, focusing on conversation and fluency, to grammar and business English.
