He adapts to the student's needs and uses different working methods to find what would help the individual best to achieve the student's goals. For example, my goals are to prepare to speak on a business topic at a conference and to improve my English grammar, vocabulary and speaking level. So the teacher first helped with the preparation of the speech for the conference (from improving the speech text on the specific topic of the medical product to preparing to deliver the speech fluently), and then we started to work on the vocabulary and adapting it to incorporate it into the natural use at work
