I'm qualified and i have the knowledge and experience, so if you want to learn or improve your English exceedingly, I'm just the tutor for you! I really enjoy teaching and learning new things by using different methods such as; watching documentaries (especially on history), reading articles on blogs, magazine articles and books and listening to radio programs...to mention but a few, this way I find creative ways to teach because I recognize the fact that bulky reading can be mind blocking. Having that said, expect some fun educational games and light moments where we can simply watch something fun but yet still learn a lot. I'm Certified by the state and hold a teaching diploma in English and Art. I have experience of teaching students formally from primary school up to college level and i also teach adult in formal and non formal settings. I've Worked a public school and 2 international schools and I have been teaching online for 3 years. I aim at helping my students better understand and use the English language effectively , so i strive to help my students develop excellency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. With me you will learn proper pronunciations, intonation and word stress that will help you determine loudness for a syllable in a word or for a word in a phrase, sentence, or question. Intonation and stress are important because they assist in communicating additional meaning to an utterance. It helps to strengthen a specific meaning, attitude, or emotion in an utterance, which is something i'm sure you're looking to archive, right? I Prepare individualized education plans aligning with students’ needs and interests. I create lesson plans with selected instructional material, and task assignments to reinforce students’ comprehension of material and evaluate students through verbal and written tasks and identify areas needing improvement.
