I'm Bontle Phakathi, a 23-year-old from Johannesburg, South Africa. As a second-year Education student at a local university, I'm passionate about learning and growth. When I'm not studying, you can find me immersed in a good book, shooting hoops on the basketball court, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or planning my next travel adventure. I'm excited to connect with you all and share my love for education and exploration. Although I'm new to online teaching, I have valuable student teaching experience that has prepared me for this exciting journey! I've had the privilege of teaching various subjects to different age groups: 5 months at a primary school, teaching English, Social Sciences, and Maths to 9-10 year olds 4 months at a high school, teaching Accounting and Mathematics to 14-16 year olds These experiences have helped me develop essential skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and adapting to different learning styles. I'm now eager to bring my enthusiasm and teaching skills to the online platform and learn from this new and exciting environment.
