Oaratwa Mohale

My name is Oaratwa but would like to be called Rati as my name is hard to pronounce and I am from South Africa and I am aged 22. I have interests in reading, art galleries and crocheting my own craft. I am also passionate about using technology to make education accessible to students from all walks of life as I would like to interact with different people from different parts of our world. As an aspiring online teacher, I am passionate about the opportunity to use technology to make education accessible to all students. Although I don't have formal teaching experience, my background in volunteering to tutor children in my community has equipped me with strong communication, organization, and leadership skills that are essential for effective teaching. My experience has given me insight into the importance of providing personalized support to help others succeed. To prepare for a career in teaching, I have completed my 120 hour TEFL Certificate . I am committed to continuous learning and professional development to become the best educator I can be. Students can expect using quizzes, polls, and short assignments regularly to gauge understanding and provide instant feedback as this would help them identify learning gaps early on. Design projects, presentations, or exams that allow students to demonstrate their learning comprehensively.
