I am an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a passion for reading and exploring new cultures. I find immense joy in learning about different ways of life and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. I am particularly inspired by the development and education of children and women, as I believe in the transformative power of education to uplift communities and create positive change. My interests and values drive me to continuously seek opportunities that allow me to contribute to the growth and empowerment of others. I hold a BA in Public Management and Governance, along with a Certificate in Operations Management and a TEFL Certificate. I bring over 12 years of experience in training and development, teaching, and administration. My diverse background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both the public and private sectors, as well as the ability to effectively teach and develop skills in various educational settings. My teaching style is dynamic and interactive, focusing on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. I believe in using a student-centered approach, where lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student. I incorporate a variety of teaching methods, such as interactive activities, discussions, and real-life scenarios, to make the lessons more relatable and enjoyable. I am passionate about fostering a love for learning, encouraging curiosity, and promoting critical thinking.
