Nini Elizabeth Sibiya

I'm Teacher Nini and I'm from South Africa. I enjoy reading, watching sports, especially Rugby and Tennis. Cooking is my passion, and I love learning about different cultures and their way of life. I'm also passionate about learning of languages, imparting my knowledge about our South African culture, our beautiful country, food and nutrition to other people. I am excited to start sharing with you all that I know and to help you in your journey of language learning of English. Although I am new to teaching, I have always had a passion for teaching and learning of languages. I'm a certified TEFL teacher and I'm eager to start helping you in your learning journey. In my fast-paced career in Food Service and hospitality, I have taught and trained a lot of candidates entering the industry through observation, practice and production. My TEFL qualification has equipped me to help you in learning English as a non-native learner. My teaching style emphasises on creating a supportive learning environment, open communication and active listening. We are going to focus on general English which includes grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading and writing and conversational English. The presentation, practice and production (PPP) and the audiolingual methods are my most preferred methods of teaching as they promote interaction active communication in the classroom.
