Hello everyone, I am Mercy a traveler and teacher - 27 years old. I enjoy teaching and traveling as this allows me to learn from my students and share my experiences. My hobbies include cooking, reading, camping, and hiking. I have had the opportunity to travel to over 12 countries while doing what I love teaching. This exposure has enlightened and broadened my desire to learn more and share with others. I am passionate and confident about teaching and love to see students grow in their journey to achieve success. I have seen and nurtured many students to accomplish their ambitions in grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and many areas of the English language. My goal is that by the end of every lesson, you are a step closer to the journey of English bliss and fluency. I have experience teaching students of all English proficiencies that is beginner, intermediate, advanced and proficient levels. I have also taught students of all age groups. I have been teaching for over six years. I have taught business people and helped with presentations. I have taught children beginner-level English and helped them advance to higher levels. I am good with free conversations on any kind of topic of your choice. I have a 120-hour TESOL certification which I acquired in New York at the International Open Academy. In our lessons you should expect a fun, engaging, interactive class which will be centered around overall you. I also use the 70/30 methodology which involves the student speaking 70 percent of the time whiles I do 30 percent. This teaching style gives the students enough opportunity to learn and be more interactive. I also focus on constructively correcting grammar, pronunciation, speaking mistakes in way that students are able to learn better and effectively.
