Anderson de Oliveira Lima

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, I’m working hard to develop a study plan capable to help foreign students who are interested in learning our language. I come from a long academic career, but I can talk about topics that interest you carefully to give useful advices on your pronunciation and suggest the best way to improve your communication skills. I have been working as a teacher since I started my undergraduate studies in 1997. I’m a Bachelor's in music (classic guitar performance) and I got my Master's degree in Religious Studies. I’m a licentiate teacher of the Portuguese language too, and I The language is assimilated along the childhood from the time a little child spend listen to the language. We learn using our curiosity, by proximity to parents, intimacy, living in a environment of trust in which you can make mistakes without fear, in a routine in which you understand the meaning of each new words by associations between sounds, images, gestures, contexts… Why we are trying to learn a second language in a different way? I would like to be a sort of “learning partner” to my students, a person who can have long conversations using their own language level, a teacher who know how to correct with empathy, a partner who is interested in spending time to help them to become fluent as quickly as possible.
