Selma Taleinge Baptista

I'm Selma from Namibia 36 years old. I've been working with children for more than 3 years teaching them phonics, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. I love teaching because it excites me when making a difference in my students life. I have a TEFL Online 120 Hours Certificate, have a Diploma in early childhood development and preprimary. My hobbies are listening to podcasts ,being creative and travelling. I am a founder of my own school called Blioden preschool Okankete ,ondangwa ,Namibia and I have taught in my own preschool. I had practicum workshops from Montessori Teacher's College. I had very good tutors from my TEFL Course. I have knowledge and experience of using Zoom, Skype and Classin platforms. When it comes to my teaching approach I like to tailor my teaching approach to my students needs and interests. During our lesson I'll teach vocabulary using pictures, drawings, props , realia eliciting Trail, Board, Drill and CCQ each word.
