Lichle van Tura

I am from the beautiful country South Africa. I live in a small coastal city Plettenberg bay. I enjoy hiking and exploring nature. I love children and how they explore. I managed a classroom of 30+ 6th grade students. Established relationships with parents of students and help struggling students. I have worked 1-on-1 with students struggling with learning to read, write and their pronunciation of words, phrases and sentences. My philosophy of teaching is to create a safe and fun learning environment for the student, while always maintaining professionalism. Every day, I strive to bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and high expectations to the classroom. I believe I owe it to my students and the community to bring consistency, diligence, and warmth to my job in the hope that I can eventually inspire and encourage such traits in the children.
