I think for most students speaking is the most challenging one. Unlike reading or writing where you have time to think and revise, speaking requires you to think on your feet and respond immediately.
Pronunciation is sometimes difficult as the word in its written form is often misleading with silent letters not spoken.

Writing because of complex grammar rules and limited vocabulary.A lot of people convey their ideas by speaking but when it comes to writing, they are unable to write a cohesive and coherent text even in their native language.
In my opinion, speaking is the most hard part in any language.
Spelling. However French is absolutely harder... hahah
