Learning a foreign language also improves the knowledge of your own language. Many students find their understanding of English grammar increases as they learn a second language. It helps you focus on the grammar, conjugations and sentence structure of language generally and makes you a better communicator in your own language too.

- Do you often find yourself splitting hairs over life matters?
Who is familiar with the idioms "splitting hairs" ? Splitting hairs = to discuss, argue, hang out in the trivial details of something. Imagine if you guys decide to split a strand of hair into small pieces... How relevant would that be? Not at all right? So whenever we discuss about trivial, unimportant matters, we are splitting hairs (over something)
