When you study in a group, you tend to retain more information
Individual classes are good for teaching the grammar, so you can adapt the course as the student is learning and taking out their doubts. I like to make group class when there's a conversation topic. It helps the students to understand and see each other speaking.
Peer learning can happen when you are in a group. There are many things you can learn when you are together with other learners.

Group lessons are better for me. I tend to learn better and interact with fellow students.
I think the individual is better.
i prefer group because i love to pass information to lots of people
I prefer individual.
This will depend on the Individuals need. I would say a group will be more beneficial if the student has some level of understanding of English and individually for specific attention to detail.
I do not mind either of the two. However, I prefer starting with individuals lessons and then growing into group lessons. I love getting to know my students on a one to one basis before dealing with them as a group. This is because it makes it easy to find out the needs of each learner before grouping them.
I am comfortable handling both types of lessons. Both have advantages and disadvantages. In 1v1 teacher-student focus is high, and students wouldn't feel anxious to express their thoughts. Lessons in 1v1 can also be altered to suit the learner's needs and areas of improvement. Group lessons are more interactive and fun, you get to practice with a fellow learner with the same level not just with the teacher. The downside is that some students do not participate and feel shy to express their thoughts because they are afraid to commit grammatical errors, especially if the group has more than 4 learners.
