  • I think students expect for speaking skills lessons, teacher who can explain the lesson well and dedicated teacher

  • I'm not a student but i think the students goals with knowing english is to talk it better, confidently without being shy and uncomfortable. They expect to have a conventional english lesson with a teacher who is understanding and cool! They expect a teacher to offer them a safe space to speak English and to help them where they are wrong so that they can be better with it.

  • First of all, Cecilia allow me to correct your question. It should be expect and not except. A student's goal in learning English are to be able to speak the language fluently with confidence. What a student should expect from a native tutor is dedication/commitment, enthusiasm, support and passion to teach.

  • Firstly, every student should be able to come up with their goals( what exactly they want to achieve by the end of their English journey). Thats is why first lessons or trial lessons should be a conversation class between the student and tutor and by the end of the class ,the tutor should be able tell the student what lessons she will be focused on inorder to help obtain their goals smoothly and effectively. Also some of the English goals include - to improve on sentence construction - increase knowlegde of volcabularies - speak fluently - been able to communicate fluently in English when discussing on different topics( business, travel, parties )etc
